Welcome to the Contentful Knowledge Base app! This app will enable you to get a knowledge base up and running within 10 minutes. 

Here’s what’s included with the app:

• Sample articles (including this one!) that will quickly get you up to speed on the different aspects of the app

• Sample categories, allowing you to preview how your knowledge base will look to customers

• Sample media assets, so you can see how embedding assets works

What this app does

This app will allow you to set up and start publishing articles for a knowledge base. It’s been created with support agents and content editors in mind, allowing them to quickly publish content that answers commonly asked questions regarding your product. 

Basic customizations (such as creating categories, embedding images in articles, changing logos, editing links, customizing the footer, and adding social media) are all included in this app.

What’s not included

Any changes made to the content model, or extensive customizations are beyond the scope of this app and will require additional engineering resources from your organization.
